For students and parents

What you can see when your institute gives you a login — and what you can't.

If your tuition class uses BatchFlow, they can give you your own sign-in. This page explains what you will see. Share the link with families rather than explaining it one call at a time.

Getting your login

Your institute creates it and gives you the address and password directly. It is not your normal email address and no mail is ever sent to it — it is a sign-in name and nothing else.

If you have not been given one, ask your institute. We cannot create it for you.

If you are a student

Sign in and you get your own screens.

My Overview — your next classes, work that is due and quizzes waiting.

Timetable — your week, showing only the classes you are actually in.

My Assignments — what has been set, when it closes, and whether you have handed in. Download the question paper and upload your work with a note. After the deadline the button is gone and the page says the assignment has closed.

My Quizzes — multiple-choice tests you take here on your phone. One question at a time, a countdown, and a panel showing which questions you have answered and which you flagged to come back to.

If you close the browser part-way through, everything is saved. Come back, press Continue, and your answers and flags are all there with the clock still correct. A flat battery does not cost you the test.

My Results — marks for exams your institute has published. Yours only.

My Attendance — your own record, and where you request leave: sick, personal, family or other, with dates and a reason. Your institute approves or declines it.

Materials — notes and past papers uploaded for the classes you are in.

If you are a parent

Sign in and you see your children. More than one with the same institute? Switch between them at the top.

For each child: their attendance, their published exam results, their assignments and their fees.

That is most of what people ring the office to ask, which is rather the point.

What you cannot see, and why

Other people's children. A parent sees only the children linked to them. A student sees only themselves.

Unpublished marks. Marks a teacher has entered but not yet published are not visible. When your institute publishes results they appear.

The institute's money. You see your own fees and invoices. Nothing about the institute's income, other families' payments or anything else.

Nothing is editable. The portal is a window, not a door. You cannot change your marks, your attendance or your record — only submit work and request leave.

On a phone

It is a website, not an app. Nothing to install and nothing to update. Open the link in whatever browser you already use, and add it to your home screen if you want it to feel like an app.

If something looks wrong

Speak to your institute — they hold your records and they are the only ones who can correct them. A wrong mark, a missing attendance day or a fee that does not look right is a question for the class, not for us.
